Earning and redeeming rewards should feel effortless—that’s exactly what I focused on when designing the Citi Strata Premier Card rewards experience. From a clean, intuitive dashboard to seamless navigation, every element was crafted to help users easily track their points, explore perks, and redeem rewards without the hassle.

What catches attention

My work was featured in Citi’s promotional materials for the Apple Store, showcasing the smooth and easy-to-use rewards experience I designed, including the home page experience.

My design helped highlight benefits, making it easy for cardholders to track rewards, explore perks, and redeem points without any confusion. Seeing my work in Citi’s marketing showed how great UX can make a card’s features more accessible and exciting for users.

For the Citi Strata Premier Card rewards experience, I designed each section with the goal of creating a seamless, intuitive user journey. From a simple, informative dashboard to clear rewards categories and an easy redemption process, every element was crafted to avoid overwhelming users. User testing played a key role in refining the design, confirming that features like the progress tracker and mobile responsiveness helped enhance the overall experience. The result is a rewards system that is both functional and engaging, providing users with a smooth way to track and redeem their points.

Moving forward, my focus will be on continually improving user experiences across future cards and projects by listening to user feedback and leveraging the latest design trends. I aim to create even more personalized, intuitive experiences that anticipate users' needs, whether that means simplifying complex processes or introducing new ways to engage with card features. With each project, I plan to refine my design approach, incorporating innovative tools and techniques to ensure that users always have an effortless, enjoyable interaction. The goal is to consistently enhance functionality while maintaining a visually appealing, cohesive experience across all platforms.
