Citi, Client Work

My experience creating components, designs, and layouts for Citi's clients is characterized by collaboration, creativity, client-centricity, iterative refinement, impactful solutions, and continuous learning.

Below are processes, and public designs that I have personally worked on.

Challenge

Throughout the design process, prioritize both the client's objectives and the user's needs to create a credit card sign-up process that is not only visually appealing but also intuitive, efficient, and aligned with the brand identity.

Understanding what is required.

The next steps.

By leveraging my client knowledge and design experience, I was able to create a credit card sign-up process that not only meets the client's objectives but also delivers a positive and user-centric experience for the target audience. This holistic approach ensures that the design not only looks good but also functions effectively and resonates with users, ultimately driving success for both the client and the end users.

Starting Construction.

These images show examples of design I have created to make the user experience seamless during their journey.

Bringing the design to the next level.

Following a modular design approach, I would break down the modules into smaller, reusable components. For example, a module for displaying transaction history might consist of individual components for transaction cards, filters, search bars, etc.

Figma allows me to organize your components into a logical hierarchy. You might organize components into categories such as buttons, forms, navigation, etc., making it easy to find and reuse them as needed.

Mobile FAQ Virtual Guide

My approach as a UX designer was centered around creating a FAQ mobile virtual guide that seamlessly integrated with the client's objectives and user needs. By prioritizing intuitive navigation, engaging design, and accessibility, I aimed to deliver a solution that not only addressed user questions effectively but also provided a positive and memorable user experience.

Placing the User Experience First

The Final Product
